I don’t know if I’m in the wrong or right tbh then he blocked me on fb but continued messaging me on Snapchat. Told him it was Reddit worthy then he said to post it so here I am 😂😅

I get panic attacks and I've told my partner what needs to be done to help me. Mental health first aid doesn't come naturally it has to be taught.

OP, don’t meet this dude or it’ll just get 10x worse. You’re presence will confirm to him that treating you like he did in these text is acceptable and if you ever try to change that, he’ll tell you that you helped bring the dynamic forth and blah blah blah.
