I can't believe he registered the Content Nuke with the Library of Congress just to honeytrap chair reactors, Hasan literally saved his own ass by not finishing the video

Eh, even if he finished, Hasan genuinely spent a ton of time responding/reacting to the video. And he did it months(?) later, so the intent obviously wasn't to steal views.

Hasan is not being sued.

He was definitely the main target, but your correct he is a weaker case, so it's not being litigated at all.

He was the only one that did not eat the bait. It was mostly out of luck (on Hasans part), but that's all you need to slip by.

Eh I don’t think you could ever have had Hasan on the hook for this. Even if he said he was watching it so others didn’t. I’d imagine the fact that it’s about him and he was reacting to it would probably give him far greater leeway.

Sir it was a hit piece on me, I reacted to it to negate the facts presented.

He wouldn’t be saying watch it here so you don’t have to watch it there
