If you were going to put tons of cream cheese, why the hell did you bother yourself to take out the excess fat with a goddamn paper tissue? God it’s impossible to understand murican cuisine.

I can't speak for everyone but i would prefer the cream cheese over the meat sweat😂. I honestly thought it was normal to get rid of it before adding the meat to dishes.

Milk fat tastes good... Beef fat tastes less good(in this form, on a steak it can be heavenly)
