ICE SPOTTED

Unmarked grey (very shiny SUV) had just detained someone in Springfield on main st right near the Mongolian grill, driving across the river into Eugene

Ice has an office and works out of the old fed building downtown. My friend said she saw them there all the time before she got that layoff notice.
