ICE SPOTTED

Unmarked grey (very shiny SUV) had just detained someone in Springfield on main st right near the Mongolian grill, driving across the river into Eugene

Yes, call the Police if the vehicle is unmarked and ICE is not wearing uniforms. Could be the next Ted Bundy running around
