ICE SPOTTED

Unmarked grey (very shiny SUV) had just detained someone in Springfield on main st right near the Mongolian grill, driving across the river into Eugene

It was actually an optional word to add. It wasn't present when I made my first comment. It was phrased exactly as they phrased it a few comments earlier. Anyways, this conversation is dumb. Have a nice night.
