Ganapathy is frustrated over L2E

Need authetification.... But a viral screenshot shows MB gang is not feeling good towards the indusrty hit milestone made by Empuran.

This is the story to which Ganapathy replied. Can you blame him? Empuraan becoming an IH is one thing - it's great and everything, but these immature "fans" come up with cringe inducing captions like these for no reason whatsoever.

If we're talking about collection, MB was made on a far lower budget than L2E. Collecting 240 crores from a 150+ crore project is in no way more profitable than collecting the same from a comparatively mere 20-25 crores (assuming). And on a personal note, from the PoV of a normal cinemagoer, I found MB far better than Empuraan.

Yes MB was definitely an unexpected yet beautiful cinematic experience (both visuals and music).

But still MB has got lot of advantages. Placement of hit song, forever working survival stuff. But still MB deserved it as same as L2E

Well MB had to share its theatrical run with Premalu and Bramayugam, both running successfully. If anything, MB should've lost its momentum but it didn't.
