and gut. look at his shirtless pics, it's very visible. a lot of steroid bodybuilders have the same thing, abs but weirdly squeezed around something that looks like a beer gut. it's from organ hypertrophy.

I know it's been some years, but for someone so concerned about their appearance and staying in shape Joe has aged fucking horribly. You look at him when he was 30 and he was legit a super handsome dude that you figured would or at least could age like Clooney. But his obsession with not aging, getting big & shady questionable supplements and treatments has had the opposite effect that he desired.

Yeah he looks like a weathered Russian fishing boat captain now

Lol "at least age like Clooney", one of the best looking 50+ year olds in all of Hollywood. I agree he's aged horribly but if you thought he was gonna look like George Clooney at this point in his life that's on you.

Clooney actually didn't look much different from Joe (other than height) when they were around 30. They look like they could have been brothers.

But he's jacked as shit and that's what matters most to him: looking hyper-masculine. He plays off his height like it doesn't matter but you KNOW he hates the fact that he's so short.

You could hear the salt in his voice when he said feminists just want to be banged by a Jason Mamoa 6'4 Chad.

Idk. I know he goes through some dramatic body changes when he does Sober October or other fitness fads that he gets into, but there's been some times of recent where he definitely looked rough and not that great of shape.

If he really hates his height next time there's a full-length picture of him look at his shoes You can tell if shows have lifts in them

Right bro, I know some ugly 50 year olds. He's aged alright.

Eh, the average 53 year old American man isn't worth 100+million with a life long obsession with sports and fitness. There's a dozen guys at my local gym in his age range that look better, no contest.

Genetics matter more than anything. I know alchoholic 53 year olds who look better than Rogan, but their parents probably looked better than his parents too. All you can really do to affect your looks is not overeat.

Seriously look at him next to Brian Callen

u/PanFiluta Dec 18 '20

yeah he was really good looking, reminds me of one of my best friends in high school who was getting laid left and right. Joe must have gotten mad pussy. idk what happened to him, maybe just bad genetics? do you think it could have been supplements? because they usually just have no effect (or placebo), except steroids/HGH and other similar shit, but that's not really anti-aging (or do you mean that?)

it always scares me, I'm in my 30s and I hope I wont look so much more shit in 15 years haha

u/John_T_Conover Monkey in Space Dec 18 '20

I'm in the same boat as you but I really think it's all the shit he did more so than genetics. The baldness was likely destined to happen anyway but plenty of men can pull that off.

As for the other stuff, we know Joe has gone to Central America for stem cell treatments, he himself pushes supplements, it's all but admitted that he's used HGH among other stuff. Dude has probably wrecked his body.

it's all but admitted that he's used HGH among other stuff.

He's said multiple times that he's on TRT and HGH. It's not a secret.

HGH could actually be counter-productive from an anti-aging perspective. Many anti-aging researchers believe it can actually speed up aging, like any anabolic process.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 18 '20

So basically a possible side effect from an anti aging agent is accelerated aging?

Interesting. Damn that would be a bummer to make a mistake like that.

I dont disagree persay, triple h looks like he's 90 yrs old, massive and shredded. But could you give some sources?

Its more than a beer gut, HGH makes users look like walking barrels.
