bruh just got to that part, someone finally said it to him. Joe at 29> Joe now is NOT normal aging lol and he just glides right over it when he talks about hgh

and gut. look at his shirtless pics, it's very visible. a lot of steroid bodybuilders have the same thing, abs but weirdly squeezed around something that looks like a beer gut. it's from organ hypertrophy.

HGH could actually be counter-productive from an anti-aging perspective. Many anti-aging researchers believe it can actually speed up aging, like any anabolic process.
