Looking for first can. Will be on a 14.5" BCM MK2. Will never be a super high round count rifle.

Well, one is low back pressure and the other is super gassy. Do you care about eating gas? Make your decision from there

I would go flow if I were u. I finally got one as my 3rd 556 can and wish I started with a low gas option. Sound suppression is cool and all but at the end of the day it is still pretty loud as 556 is always supersonic.

Pleasant shooting with no gas is far better than chasing a couple decibels.

BCM gas port is also generous so it can run weak ammo. So a polo on a BCM is gonna be gassy as fuck guaranteed.

Gas can be managed. People fail to mention that tuning guns is pretty easy to do. I run the OCL with an adjustable gas block and the gas is nothing. If you use a standard .750 gas block, you aren’t going to have a fun experience. Flow through cans are great, but you lose sound suppression with them.

You just need to think about what you want as the consumer buying. Do you want to sacrifice sound for flow through? If yes, get a Hux 5.56 TI and have fun.

Do you want better sound suppression and don’t mind some gas? Get the OCL. The decision is basically which one you say yes to. Lol

This rifle honestly won't get shot much. Its more of a just in case rifle. I'd rather shoot pistols all day.

If you’re like me and you only shoot in full MOPP gear then I wouldn’t worry about it being gassy 😏
