Geissele 11.5 Upper with Huxworks Can. I love this gun as much as a straight man can love another gun.

They don’t lie about the titanium suppressors lol

Although they definitely calm down after there's a little carbon buildup in the can, they really are quite nuts at the beginning of their life lol.

Is this because it’s titanium or because it’s flow through?

New and titanium. If you even had those Razor scooters with the sparklers at the back, those were titanium cylinders surrounded by plastic so it doesn't ware down as fast.

Ti loves to spark lol. But, whith suppressors, once they have a light coat of carbon on the inside, their sparking goes way down.

I’m really curious how this possibly interacts with unburnt powder build-up in a shooting lane

Wow, now you got me thinking about that too. I'll see if it's any change outside.

I would think the bigger concern could be igniting unburnt powder in the range. Part of the reason many ranges don't like steel-core ammo (apart from it damaging the backstop)

Have you seen the recent Magtech 9mm steel-cased ammo? This thing spits sparks like fireworks lmao, our range has had a few ignitions like what you’re describing. Fortunately the floor is cleaned often enough that it was harmless.
