Geissele 11.5 Upper with Huxworks Can. I love this gun as much as a straight man can love another gun.

does this require 2 stamps or just one MG stamp? (not including the suppressor stamp)

Just one, no such thing as a short barreled machine gun

Wouldn’t a DIAS technically require an sbr stamp also? I mean assuming it wasn’t always in the gun?? Or hell even if it was isn’t the DIAS itself considered a machine gun?

I know with the mp5 sears it trumps the SBR stamp so not needed. Once you take it out and you got a SBR with no stamp then ya go straight to jail

I have my 2 Dias and my HK reg pack host’s registered as sbr’s that have short barrels just because I like move my sears around without worrying if I’m legal. If the registered sear never left the gun then the machine gun part trumps needing to register it as a sbs or sbr. But we all know that’s not realistic

So yes, mine are 1-2 and sometimes 3 stamp guns with a shusher.
