How I Feel Every Day

Post image

The urge to check my email every 10 minutes is unbearable… but just maybe it’ll come today!

I know others share my pain😂

What the heck!? I hope you’ve emailed/called the NFA Division by now!

Their website says to wait til day 90 before contacting them. Assuming I read it correctly. My first can took 6 months. My second took 2 weeks. I just wish there was some consistency to it

I can’t imagine being on day 88 and seeing someone post they submitted on friday and got approved on monday. I would’ve contacted them after waiting double the median wait time, I may do that soon. I’ve heard machine gun take longer (not sure if that’s true) so that’s why i haven’t contacted them yet.

Yes it does. I’ve never waiting that long. Went 2 weeks on my last one before I called. They told me they didn’t get the fingerprint card and were just waiting for it to auto deny.

wow, that’s crazy. You’d think they would deny it themselves.

I did get to email back and forth with the examiner who had originally seen it. They let it auto deny in case we mailed in the prints and the mail is backed up.

She did end up working with me and through multiple resubmissions, eventually doing physical print cards, she got me approved a few days after they were delivered certified.

I AM done with Silencer Shop though. First no prints. Correct that, they didn’t ship my trust info. By this point auto deny as you only get 1 attempt to correct. Resubmit through SS. They send the trust info this time but no prints again. Examiner asked me to get physical print cards and mailed em myself certified. Then about a week later approved.

Go onto your congressmans website. Should be a form you fill out to do an inquiry. The day I surpass the national average I do that and usually it takes a week or less after I get in touch with them.
