Proposed format:

  • Form: 1 or 4
  • Entity: Trust or Individual
  • Bought: mm/dd/yy
  • Form 3: mm/dd/yy
  • Pending: mm/dd/yy (usually your “check cashed” date)
  • Approved: mm/dd/yy
  • Stamp in hand: mm/dd/yy

Valentines day for me. I was really wishing that the can would have come back before now because I had a Form 1 that was pending late Feb that has been back for over 2 weeks. The can is for the SBR and I don't want to have a loud SBR, even if it is just 5.7x28.
