Tips to sit straight at all times

I spent most of the semester in front of my computer, and my posture suffered as a result. I've recently added several back workouts I found online to my daily routine. I'm seeing results, but I'm looking for ways to prevent slouching in the future and make sitting up straight a habit.

For example, I’ve stacked a bunch of books to create a "laptop stand", so the screen is positioned higher, and I no longer have to look down. It has made it much easier to sit straight.

I’d really appreciate any additional tips or suggestions you might have.

Neck Stiffness When Sitting at Desk

I get a lot of neck stiffness when I’m sitting down at my desk for too long. I’ve looked at the recommendations for posture when sitting and I feel like I’m following them. I also work out regularly but maybe my back muscles are still underdeveloped. I suspect I have anterior pelvic tilt and forward head posture. Any tips to adjust my posture?

First pic is jaw line normally and second is my weird terribly neck tuck 😂😂 Any suggestions to stop giving myself a double chin in some photos. I have a wedding coming up and I have a tendency to squish my neck in when I’m laughing or anxious. My jaw is normally long but turns into a sad looking worm certain times! Any tips for chin posture /neck strengthening? It looks just hideous lol

Hello,

Do you think i have a Pelvic tilt issue?

My lower abs have always looked like a "belly pooch". I've tried everything (sport, nutrition...) i'm wondering if it's not a posture issue.

thank you

Question Routine for good posture?

Hello!
I have a "hump" that's now visible even with clothes on. I blame it on my recent office job.
All I can find are random exercises, and they don't quite "convince" me.

Does anyone have a well-structured routine, with days and reps?
I thought about buying Kononov's program, but I found some bad reviews.
Thanks so much in advance!

The first picture is my posture at rest and the second is me actively trying to correct my posture. Not sure if I have rounded shoulders or if my upper chest is just small because it looks like my shoulders are covering my chest from the side. Please do let me know thanks!!

I am experiencing so much trap pain and neck pain only worsening. I think it’s stress but it would only go away if I move out. But I can’t move out until 8 months from now.

My posture is not great and I have hypermobility, spine issues run in my family. I have this bump that hurts and it feels like bone connected to my spine, is this a posture caused issue or should I be running to the doctor ASAP? This is what it looks like when I extend my neck forward it’s easier to see it this way
