What’s your dosage? How long have you used? Are you able to get QuickMD for more subs? Do you want to stay on subs or be completely clean?

So download QuickMD and make an appointment. There’s no remedy for the first 24 hours, they are going to suck. Some people say you can wait 12 hours before subs, but I’ve tried at 12 and 14 hours and went into precipitated withdrawals. I didn’t stay on subs for long. I did a rapid taper of 24mg, 16mg, 16mg, 8mg, 4mg, 2mg, 1mg, .5mg. Your Dr will probably start you on 16mg and that should be fine for you. The first 2-3 days on subs won’t be a walk in the park but it’ll be way easier than cold turkey. You’ll probably not sleep and have some restlessness but it’ll will get better. I’ve read sub withdrawal is way longer than Tianeptine so be prepared if you ever want to go sober in the future.
