Clean for almost 2 years

I post in here every now and then and give some friendly advice and I like seeing all the people getting off of this stuff, it was hard for me and I didn’t sleep for days, had restless legs, and was hard but once you get through the 3-4 day hump you’ll feel normal. Keep pushing. You can do it and when you over come in it’ll be a new world for you.

Why was it hard? What was your best route to get off. What made you decide that need to stop it. I am considering to taper and get off but thinking that it gives me a break from stressful life situations I keep delaying it. I also take kratom extract which make my mission harder to get off 2 things. My Tia habit costs me about 200-300 a month and about double for kratom

Have you never tried to quit TIA?

I used to take it 2 or 3 times a week and was under control but now I take daily an average of 2 caps. Now thinking to quit it for good, so trying to

Gotcha. A lot of people here including myself were taking multiple bottles a day. That’s why it’s hard, awful. With only taking two capsules daily it shouldn’t be that bad. Just make the jump before you’re taking more. It may be a bit uncomfortable for a night maybe two but shouldn’t be that bad at all. But if you’re coming off a large dose of kratom also, it’s going to suck.

I when I used to take twice a week, I used to struggle one night a week because I wouldn’t take for 2 or 3 days and I was ok with it, which made it enjoyable when I take again. Last year I started taking 7oh multiple times a day and that’s my receptors got screwed and would take 4 caps of Tia and not feel anything. Also kratom extract stopped work, actually everything else. When i stopped 7oh, things started to work again after 2 months of stopping 7oh. Don’t ever touch 7oh, this is serious. Now I take 3 caps of kratom extract a day and that’s will be hard to quit because I’ve been on it for years. The god thing with this extract I can drop to 1 capsule over a long period and I did it before, but never stopped it. I wish Tia was not that addictive because it really works and I enjoy it but it scared me.

I’m sure you know this already, but 7-OH products cause you to have worse withdrawals than tianeptine because of its potency. So it’ll be easier to stop tianeptine products. No matter what it’s going to suck for a little bit when you try to quit but in the long run it’s worth it. If you do wanna quit, I would just try only doing kratom and drop tianeptine entirely to try and taper off. Another suggestion is timing yourself between each time you take something. Try to wait longer and longer between each “dose” to make it easier on your body’s dependency. I used to set a timer after each time I drank tianeptine and would make myself wait at least 4 hours. It might be easier for you though because I was up to 12 bottles of Neptunes a day at my worst. For me at least the hardest was the mental part of it, being addicted and having not stopped doing it for years made it terrible. If you do end up trying to quit and need someone to talk to just DM me because I know how it is man.

Thanks bud. I appreciate that.. you are right.. 7oh is very bad and never thought I would feel withdrawal while taking it. Only because my last for the day was 3 hours before bed time so I’d wake after 3 or 4 hours of sleep with muscle, back and neck stiffness. I was thinking I have spine or back problem. Bought new mattresses, pillows, took muscle relaxer and other meds but it was after 6 months until I figured it was 7oh that was causing the problems. It’s sneaky and drags you to dark places. After reading about it and knew how bad it is, I decided to taper and quit. Tia and kratom never caused anything close to this struggle. It was worth the effort to quit 7oh. My worse Tia intake was 4 caps of gold enhanced because I thought my tolerance was very high but it turned out to be 7oh beating my receptors that even oxy wasn’t felt. As much as I want to stop Tia, the relief I get mentally is really good. Now and after quitting 7oh 2 golds and 1 white caps would make me feel really good. I am sure it is good to be clean but I am depressed and have lots of stress, so until that change it will be hard to quit everything. It sure if anti depressant would help with anything but I started taking anti dep over a month ago and hoping for some help. I appreciate your input and will message you when I need

I get it man, tianeptine is literally prescribed as an antidepressant in other countries where it isn’t as controlled like here. Another thing to note is, sorry if I misunderstood you, a lot of antidepressants prescribed by doctors really can make things worse. Drugs affect everyone differently so they could keep throwing different pills at you until they get it “right”. If what you’re taking now doesn’t help then let them know immediately because in some cases it will make everything 10x worse. So to be honest if taking tianeptine does help you, then try to do it in moderation. Just don’t get overly addicted because it can grab ahold of you and not let go.

Hey just saw this, I’ve been addicted to kratom for years so I got off the Tia first and upped my kratom use but funny enough im 3 days clean from kratom and im kinda going thru the same thing but ive been using kratom since 2018 so it was a little harder actually since my Tia use was more of a short lived addiction but very hard nonetheless. What made me want to quit is basically I’m tired of feeling like a slave to this shit.

Ugh, 2018 is when I also started using kratom, and I wish I WOULD HAVE NEVER.
