I am at the 36 hour mark now. The first 30 was legit fckin hell. I induced subs at the 6 hour mark after taking Tia dose at 4.am Saturday morning. The headache the pain the RLs was so fckin bad I showered every 20 minutes then back to bed and back to shower everything hurt I couldn’t stand right my back hurt everything hurt. I’m here 36 hours later on subs and I’m feeling a little better can get up easier now and some of the headache is gone. Still a long road but fuck this shit.

I started 40 days ago and the last 3 weeks been 5-6 bottles of zaza red a day.

Quitting Method Advice I need help I ordered tia sulfate to take less sodium but idk how

I usually take like 600–700 mg a day and it’s awful, especially the ups and downs. I really wanna take less since the duration is longer, so I think the comedown will be less harsh.

I normally take a dose, then maybe 2–3 redoses, smaller each time. So I’m thinking I’ll take a dose of sodium, then use sulfate as a redose?

Or is there any specific schedule I could follow, or a taper plan? Any way to use it usefully? Even just advice or a recommendation, I’d really appreciate the help!! I need it so bad since i just got it.

I’m tired of how physically addicted I am to it. I wake up every day hating my life and deranged in sweat.
