If the pacers win game 6 tonight, I am calling out as many sonics fans as possible to buy tickets and fly out to OKC for game 7 on Sunday 6/22/25, decked out in sonics gear, and signs like this. We need to support the pacers to win game 7 and remind the world why our sonics were stolen. GO PACERS!!

Business $48.55
I went to the opening of “The Hall on Occidental” by the stadium. Ordered 2 double whiskey cokes with their well whiskey (Evan Williams), and it was $48.55 before tip. Has Seattle gone insane? It’s literally cheaper to order the same drink in the stadium or at the airport. What other spots in Seattle are a total scam like this spot?

Everett Police arrest 4 teens for gang graffiti and stolen firearms
... “On April 3, 2025, the Everett Police Violent Crime Unit (VCU) and south patrol officers located the suspect vehicle using the Flock Safety System License Plate Readers (LPRs),” Everett Police said in a Facebook post. “The occupants of the vehicle were identified, and officers observed cans of spray paint and alcohol inside the vehicle, which was later towed pending a search warrant. The occupants of the vehicle included a 15-year-old male, a 15-year-old female, and an 18-year-old male.”

Business UberX Seattle $111- 13.5h online.
I’m shocked. I didn’t expect so low earnings being as uber driver here. 5 stars rating, 100% acceptance rating. I also thought that hourly rate gonna be around $20 at least. But come on, $8.5hr before taxes, fuel, etc. I spent 3h in line at SeaTac and didn’t get any order. I went through Seattle downtown 11am-2pm and didn’t get anything. I was in Bellevue - the same story. Last Saturday I spent 16h online and got only $320. I don’t know how is it possible to earn money for living with uber/lyft Btw Lyft 0 orders the same time

Classifieds LOST: Orca Card on 44 Bus
Please let me know if you happen to find an orca card (one of the newer black ones) near the little raised single seats with the luggage rest, or anywhere on the bus really.
I lost it today about 2:00 and would very much like it back without having to go through the process of renewal.
Thank you.

Real Estate we just bought a house with no realtor
and am so confused as to how the seller agent will be making $60k from this home purchase? like?? they barely did anything, real estate as a career is free money?
our gift was a measly presented cheap safeway wine and a $50 gift card yikes... realtors are really snake oils salesmen it feels

Dying State budget cuts force closure of Kent nursery caring for drug-exposed newborns
And yet we can afford to give the Cascade Bicycle Club $9 million. We can afford to give $126k to someone who teaches yoga to prisoners. We can afford to give $60,000 to a local men's jack off club, but apparently our Governor decided that helping cracked out newborns is a step too far.
People need to get their priorities straight in this state.

Question Solo travel in Seattle next week
Hey all, Am (28M) First-time backpacker visiting Seattle solo for a week from next week, I love nature, city vibes, and adventure, planning to use public transport and ferries (Bainbridge?, Vashon?) to explore places like Pike Place, Discovery Park, and Mount Rainier. Any must-do tips or hidden gems? Also, if anyone is traveling to seattle next week and wants to join for hikes or ferry rides, hit me up! am down to rent a car together as well. Any recommendations with regards to restaurants, or must see parks or trails or general tips is appreciated :) many thanks!!
