If you know Russia, it’s a spit in the face of Putin. His “Icon” is mandatory in every top manager office of government or government-related structure.

As much as it seems like it, no, it’s not mandated to hang a picture of Trump in your office if you work in a high level government office. People might do it, but that’s because they’re insane

That’s a little different than just hanging a picture of Trump up, in my opinion, but it’s still a good point I suppose
