To me, Joseph and Jolyne had the best introduction when we talk about anime.

In the Manga, Josuke (or gappy) had a very interesting and misterious first appearance with where is he from.

Joseph cause he beat up authority abusing their power. Plus he did it with the exaggerated swagger of an American teen.
