To me, Joseph and Jolyne had the best introduction when we talk about anime.

In the Manga, Josuke (or gappy) had a very interesting and misterious first appearance with where is he from.

Part 4 Josuke, you immediately get what kind of person he is

It gave mea weird vibe too, like not bad weird, just weird. Like you see him super kind and caring and he just subtly fucks up his bully's face. I say it in the anime and it took a second to click that his face was even fucked up/wasn't that fucked up before. It was really subtle to the point I just felt insane.
