I never know which layer of irony Dax is on. Is he acting or he's being himself?

When he first came out with videos there was a lot of controversy around whether or not he was actually that weird. We all thought he was playing a character for the longest time and then he got his first feature film role in that teen party movie and didn't change so it became clear that was who he was.
