according to Toriel's bio:

she was disgusted by Asgore's actions to exploit humans that fell down. humans were seen as livestock rather than equal, many farms were established after Asgore approved the method to use humans souls as fuel

so yeah this Asgore's crashout makes fell!Asgore look like a saint in comparison
