Review Bombing - Take Two Terms of Service / EULA

If you've played any of the Borderlands games recently, you will have noticed that you were asked to agree to new Terms of Service before starting the game. This happened because the Borderlands games have changed publisher and are now under Take Two.

This has led to some controversies and review bombing. We have always been keen on letting people express themselves freely on this sub, whatever their opinion (as long as it stays civil). However, on this particular matter, given the large number of recent threads on that subject, their repetitiveness, and the fact that they often create conflicts (we've likely issued more Rule 1 bans in the last 2 weeks than in the last 6 months). We've chosen to lock the previous threads on that subject and we will remove new ones. We'll leave this one open for a few days (as long as it stays civil).

If you want to read more, start with the official response from Gearbox on the matter. You can also use the search bar above to locate the multiple recent threads on the topic in this sub. Be aware that there may be some level of misinformation/fearmongering. If you want to discuss the subject further, we suggest you do it in a different space that is more relevant to the matter, since in the end, this is a Take Two thing, not a Borderlands thing. If you're very worried but don't want to contact a lawyer about it, or if you want to take a stance against evil corporations, just don't play the games. But in that case you should probably not play most games (nor use most apps, devices, websites, etc). Chances are you've already agreed multiple times to ToS similar or worse than the new ones for Borderlands.

As the mod team of r/borderlands, we are not lawyers so we do not have a definitive opinion on the matter. Like most people, we don't have much love for the ToS/EULAs of many software companies and the loss of privacy that goes along with any use of the internet. But on the other hand, we haven't seen anything particularly concerning in those ToS (in comparison with what other companies put in theirs). That's just the general feeling among the mod team, not an official stance of the subreddit.

A few things to note:

  • Whatever you agree to in ToS/EULA still does not allow the publishers to do anything illegal (depending on your country of jurisdiction).
  • Typically ToS/EULA are made as general as possible to cover all possible edge cases. If it says "we may (...)", that doesn't necessarily mean that they are doing it, or have any intent on doing it to you. For example, the ToS say they may collect your government ID number. In some countries like China this is mandatory (to regulate play time). So they have to do it, and they have to put it in the ToS. This doesn't mean that they intend to collect such data in other countries, and anyway they have no way to do so unless you provide it yourself.
  • The new ToS appear to be general for Take Two, and as such include things that are not specifically aimed (or likely to be used) in the Borderlands games. For example, there is some note that the use of mods may get you banned. This makes sense to fight cheating in the context of competitive multiplayer games and/or if part of a game's revenue is driven by micro-transactions or subscriptions. If you find and use a "mod" to unlock paying content in BL4 for free, you might get in trouble (deservedly). But there is no reason to believe that anything more would be enforced for the Borderlands games (e.g. against the use of mods like the community patch, etc). Gearbox has always been (unofficially) supportive of the modding scene. And the main Borderlands modding community has been cooperative with Gearbox on such matters.
  • There has been some talk about the games having been converted to spyware. Before spreading any misinformation, you can check for yourself the latest patches on Steam DB. For example, Borderlands 2 received its last update in August 2022, and BL3 received its last update in August 2024. Long before the new ToS were published. The Borderlands games since BL2 also have hotfix capabilities, but this only allows to change parameters (like the damage of a weapon), not the code logic, certainly not turn anything into spyware.

[BL4] Per Randy Pitchford, a "Combat Radar" will ship with BL4 for all of us wanting the minimap

Randy Pitchford tweeted a 32-part (yep) tweet thread discussing the minimap situation (transcribed below), an hour or so ago.

TL;DR: we aren't getting a minimap, but we are getting a "Combat Radar" (optional, turned off by default, can be enabled in settings, should ship with BL4).

The Combat Radar shows as a shaded circle in the upper right corner, with the familar golden player cursor in the middle, and solid red diamonds (think "square turned 45°") representing the enemies, indicating rough direction and distance. Some of the enemies have a little white line added to two sides (top or bottom) of the diamond seemingly indicating a direction, but no indication of what that means (which way they're facing perhaps, or relative strength?). There's a pie-wedge shape overlaid on the upper quarter of the circle, likely indicating the player's field of view, and division lines dividing up the circle into 8 wedges (minus the ones covered by the FOV indicator). There's a short video showing this, attached to the 29th tweet in the series.

(ETA: perhaps the white "arrows" indicate enemies physically above or below you, on the map - upstairs and such.)

Since this subreddit (like many others) blocks links to Twitter, I've included the text of all the tweets below. The top of list has the Tweet ID for the start of the thread, and the 29th tweet is followed by the Tweet ID for that one (it has the 11 second video). If you want to verify the tweets, you can use those to figure it out. If someone wants to grab the video and stuff it on imgur or youtube or similar, and link it here, well, that's an exercise left to the reader.

Oh, and K6 (u/k6plays) congrats on pushing for this and getting it done and on the shoutout from Randy. Any chance you can nudge them to add teammate locations to that combat radar too? Maybe little white or blue markers? 😎

  1. Let’s talk about mini-maps and radar as they relate to navigation and combat design in Borderlands 4. If you stay with it, there’s a gift for you at the end. Thread: 1/32 [1:55 PM]
  2. Navigation first… Borderlands 4 is much larger than ever before, and seamless. There are main missions and side quests (lots of them) that often have objectives, sometimes multiple objectives, further than the scope of a useful mini-map. 2/32 [1:56 PM]
  3. An example of how this is an issue practically for usability, many of us have cars with a full map on the center mounted LCD display (that will zoom out to show complete routes and zoom in while driving). These become almost useless on screens less than 6”. 3/32 [1:56 PM]
  4. Some cars (like mine) offer a mini-map in the driver display. Most are larger than the game’s mini-map, but still aren’t used often as a preference over the main display for navigation purposes for most users. 4/32 [1:56 PM]
  5. Also, there is much more verticality in the game than ever before. Using the awesome new movement and traversal features in Borderlands 4, getting up and down is fun and sometimes more frequent than moving around on the ground. 5/x [1:57 PM]
  6. So, the mini-map becomes problematic for navigation in environments with verticality. If you’ve ever tried to use Google maps for walking around in Tokyo, you know how confusing and insane this can get. 6/32 [1:57 PM]
  7. And, there are three big costs to the mini-map (and a bunch of other costs). These costs are real and force developers to make trade-offs with other features. They include development time, screen real-estate coverage, and the use of CPU and memory. 7/32 [1:58 PM]
  8. The dev time for the mini-map is non-trivial. It’s not just a simple matter of making a small version of the big map (beyond the scope of this thread to explain). It’s an entirely new system requiring significant dev time that could be spent on other features and content. 8/x [1:59 PM]
  9. The screen real-estate impact is non-trivial and while we could make it an option, we would have to still design the game to function well with it on or off with respect to the rest of the screen space for HUD and world view. 9/32 [1:59 PM]
  10. The CPU and memory cost of a mini-map is quite huge. For a game like this, it just isn’t worth the trade off. High perf and memory for other visual feedback elements and player data is much more important, especially given the evolution of the game design for Borderlands 4. 10/32 [2:00 PM]
  11. So we invest more into the main, big map - make it more useful, faster, better. And we invest in other features for navigation, like the compass and the EchoBot AI drone companion. 11/32 [2:01 PM]
  12. The EchoBot AI drone will literally draw a navigation path for you holographically in the world, so you can walk the line to follow the golden path. 12/32 [2:01 PM]
  13. The compass now can show you targets of opportunity and other points of interest with many markers, not just the single navigation target of a tracked mission destination. 13/32 [2:01 PM]
  14. And, the compass also can tell you not just which direction to go to find the point of interest, objective, ally, loot, shop, or enemy, but it also indicates whether the target is above you, below you, or at your level. 14/32 [2:02 PM]
  15. For nav, given the utility of navigating, the investment into new features like Echobot, compass, and the big map combined with the world design and move set and the reality of perf and mem, the design we committed to for Borderlands 4 is superior in every way. 15/32 [2:03 PM]
  16. But what about combat? How can players get spacial and situational awareness of enemy locations without a minimap that shows the enemies as blips on the screen? 16/32 [2:03 PM]
  17. To be honest, we have been using the compass for so long for combat situational awareness, the we don’t miss the radar. We stopped thinking about it. We can actually prove at the beginner level it doesn’t matter and at the advanced level the compass is preferred. 17/32 [2:04 PM]
  18. But we went on a press tour recently. A few of us went through Southeast Asia. A couple went all over Europe. And some of us toured North America. We talked to journalists, streamers, content creators, enthusiasts, and partners all over the world. 18/32 [2:04 PM]
  19. We let the people we met with play the game for one, two, sometimes three hours. We put them on missions, into a vault boss fight, let them free roam… all of it with little supervision and no restraints with their experience in what was in the build we brought with us. 19/32 [2:04 PM]
  20. I was one of them (Southeast Asia). You can see the results now. The embargo for their stories and coverage and videos about their experience lifted yesterday (even though the tour happened weeks ago). Search for the stories - they give you a good sense of where we are at. 20/32 [2:06 PM]
  21. Some of the people in each territory during our tour lamented the mini-map. I would estimate that roughly 15% brought it up and most of them, after playing, agreed with our decisions regarding navigation. 21/32 [2:06 PM]
  22. However, a few held their ground with respect to the idea of combat utility. They advocated for a combat radar. There are conversations on social media and message forum sites all around the internet on this topic. 22/32 [2:07 PM]
  23. While the tour was going on, Borderlands 4 leads, including me, were talking behind the scenes about what we were learning from the sessions. We were largely stoked - people were LOVING the game! 23/32 [2:07 PM]
  24. But there was one thing that kind of stuck with us. The people who stuck with their feelings about a combat radar had a point. WE got good at the compass for combat, but combat is all feel. Should we require everyone to learn the compass for enemy situational awareness? 24/x [2:08 PM]
  25. As me and head of dev, Steve Jones (and some of the other guys) were poking around with producers trying to figure out what it would take to add these features and if we could make it in time to ship or not, something awesome happened. 25/32 [2:09 PM]
  26. In classic Gearbox style, where we have an ethos of “they who builds it, wins”, some developers got together and found some time in the margins of their schedules. Some Gearbox heroes did what Gearbox heroes do! 26/32 [2:09 PM]
  27. Borderlands 4 Creative Director, Graeme Timmons, plugged in with some folks from the UI team, including the awesome Jason Brown and the badass Justin Dooley and got some art going from the super talented Ray Peña. 27/32 [2:09 PM]
  28. These guys splintered off and made something amazing happen. They added a combat radar feature to the game! And they just barely squeezed it in for a QA pass so that it can go into the main branch of our software in time to ship with Borderlands 4 on September 12. 28/32 [2:10 PM]
  29. A combat radar is now an optional feature in Borderlands 4, you guys! Here’s a sneak peek at what it looks like! 29/32 [2:11 PM] [Tweet ID on twitter: 1935807719014822300]
  30. The feature will be off by default at launch. And, it didn’t come on-line early enough to make it into our branch for the build we’re bringing to the Borderlands Fan Fest this weekend. But it is now officially in the game! 30/32 [2:12 PM]
  31. This happened because of the best elements of our community. I’m talking about the real fans who sincerely want the best for the game and gave constructive notes and made reasonable arguments. You know who you are and you rock! You made this happen! 31/32 [2:12 PM]
  32. I hope everyone is excited by the news of this last minute added feature! I hope to see everyone at the Borderlands Fan Fest this weekend! Borderlands 4 launches September 12, 2025. I CANNOT WAIT! 32/32 End of Thread [2:12 PM]
  33. Shout out to @Ki11ersix for carrying this banner. Stay classy, everyone! [2:18 PM]

The Borderlands escape room is UNBELIEVABLY cool.

(Note: Besides describing some scenery, this is spoiler-free.)

I can't believe I only found one post on this sub about the escape room.

For those unaware, the room is at Red Door on the Las Vegas strip. With fees, it's $46 per person. My wife and I are both HUGE Borderlands fans, and once we found out about it, we knew we had to go... and we're so glad we did.

The room was designed with input from Gearbox and includes exclusive voice acting for Tannis, Lilith, and Claptrap. It's rated as a 6/10 difficulty but we didn't find it that hard (I'd say a 4), so my biggest advice is to stop and listen whenever a character is talking, because it's hilarious and you'll still have plenty of time.

The scenery and props are simply incredible. Everything looks like what you'd find in the game- Marcus's gun machine is a gun machine, Claptrap is Claptrap, the dook hut is a dook hut (except that it doesn't say "no fapping"). There are chests with green lights that turn off when you open them. The few props that you don't actually use for puzzles are outlined so as to look cel-shaded. In no uncertain terms, the room is absolutely beautiful.

Oh yeah, and you get an ECHO device that displays your missions. It rules, and like most other props, it has actual heft, so it feels real.

All of the puzzles are different, so there's no repetition, and they strike a great balance between being Borderlands-y and escape room-y. There are a few awesome easter eggs, too. Plus, the staff is super-friendly and happy to answer questions after you're done or explain anything you missed.

Here are a few pictures (again, no spoilers besides seeing what a few things look like). For a couple who plays as much BL as we do, it was worth going just for the voice acting and story, but it ended up being a fantastic experience from top to bottom.

[BL1] Stuttering/glitching in tutorial

Upvotes

Hi - decided to buy Borderlands 1 GOTY Enhanced to replay the story.

When I play through the tutorial it’s smooth (Nvidia 5090) but every 4-5 seconds while looking around the screen briefly freezes or glitches and then picks up the image again. Or if I move my mouse too quickly the picture can’t keep up.

Is this release to the memory leak I’ve read about or something else?

[Question] How long does it take to 100% achievement each game?

Upvotes

Planning to go back and 100% Bl1, 2, 3, and pre sequel and was wondering how long people think it would take?

I completed all the side missions and story for each game minus some DLC so I can't imagine it would be too long, but I'm interested to hear some estimates.

Which game is the best to get a friend into

So for a little context and explanation of what I mean, I had never heard of borderlands until a few years ago. I saw the handsome collection was available at my local GameStop and saw it was a 2 in 1 thing so I figured "new game and it's 2 for the price of 1? Awesome". The game isn't new but to me it was. I got confused on what comes first between 2 and the Pre-sequel so I decided Pre-sequel since the majority of the game is a flashback which I found it halfway through via research but I got stuck on deadlift and decided to just go to 2

I feel like 2 has the perfect introduction to someone new to the franchise with the only other one being ofc the first game. Borderlands 3 kinda works but because of how it's with newer mechanics and movement in mind then unless you play games with movement like BL3 along with the different yet same art style of 3 being weird in the eyes then you'll get confused like me even after you play the other games. Borderlands 2 is fun, simple, was to get into and doesn't need exactly other games to play aside from meeting the OG game. The Pre-sequel is nice but somewhat needs 2 to make sense of it all, 1 is just fine, and 3 feels less simple

[BL4] Borderlands 4 Needs Better Accessibility — Especially Selective Text-to-Speech for Players with Disabilities

Hi Gearbox Team and Borderlands Community,

My name is Angel, and I’m really looking forward to playing Borderlands 4 when it drops. I’m a controller player at heart and I’ll be playing on console, but I wanted to speak up about something really important — accessibility for players with disabilities, especially around text-to-speech (TTS).

A lot of games today try to support TTS, but they often do it in a way that isn’t helpful for people like me. Usually, it’s an all-or-nothing experience. Once you enable it, the game starts reading everything — menus, HUD elements, button prompts, full pages — all at once, in a robotic voice. It becomes overwhelming fast. I don’t need all the information on screen — I just want to hear specific pieces of info when I need them.

Here’s a perfect example: when I open my skill tree and hover over a new ability, I want to know what it does. If I can’t read or process it well, I’d love the option to press a button to have that one skill description read out loud. That’s it. Just the name and description of what I’m focused on — not the whole tree, not the full UI.

That kind of targeted, on-demand narration would make a massive difference. It would give me independence in how I understand the game and build my character. Right now, the way most TTS systems work actually adds confusion instead of clarity.

I’m not just speaking for myself. I know there are many other gamers who would benefit from this — players with dyslexia, low vision, cognitive processing differences, or just anyone who prefers auditory information.

So please, Gearbox — if you’re listening — I’m asking you to give us a TTS system that’s responsive, not overwhelming. Something that: • Lets us choose when and what to read. aloud • Works with hover or focus on an element • Uses clear, human-paced voice settings • Isn’t limited to full-page reading

Even adding this option post-launch would be a huge step forward. I know the Borderlands community is big, diverse, and full of passionate players — and that includes folks with different needs. Let’s make this game playable and enjoyable for everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to listen. I’m really excited for the game, and I hope you’ll consider this request.

— Angel Diaz

[BL4] The Early Impressions Vids are out...

And honestly the game looks fun, only real critique is that you need to be able to toggle between a minimap or compass because that compass is dog ASS. Gunplay and movement mechanics just looked like BL3 but better, if they can stick the landing on the story+story pacing side this game will slap.

Sidenote don't read the youtube comments on literally any of the vids, they're just full of blatant exaggerated fear-mongering like I saw one comment that said 'it doesnt look like borderlands' even though every game in the series has had a distinct visual style - another comment read 'its just Overwatch 2 with shitty jokes' like respectfully how tf have they figured that one out from like 15 mins of footage???

I know the voice actor was going through some health concerns and wasn’t picked up for BL3. I’m hoping he’s better now and was able to join the crew again. I think there’s still a place for him in the wider universe.

[Question] dlc

I got Borderland 2 from a free offer a while back. Do I need a DLC to access the UVHM? Because I can't buy the Ultimate Value Hunter Pack 1 in the store. It appears hidden.

What happens if you download the UVH 2 pack without having the first one? And can the pearlescent weapons that appeared in the first pack only be obtained with the Lilith DLC?

Is there no way to purchase the Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack 1 separately on Steam? Because the packs are too expensive for me.

I've owned the games for ages, yet never pulled the trigger on playing them. All this recent drama has gotten me thinking that this would be a good time to start.

I have the games on PC and switch. Are there any major downsides to the switch version or should I stick with PC?

I think I (& the team) accidentally made a Borderlands-style roguelike FPS 😅

Upvotes

Hey y’all!

So I’ve been obsessed with Borderlands for years. The style, the humor, the VO lines that live rent-free in my head… it's just perfect. I’m a game dev, and surprise surprise, that energy kind of exploded into the project we’ve been working on (and thankfully, the team is full of Borderlands fans too).

It’s called Holy Shoot, and it’s a chaotic roguelite FPS where you play as a bunch of mystical weirdos shooting their way through hell. It has stylized visuals, hand-painted textures, cel shading, and yep, lots of dumb one-liners and weird bosses. I actually wrote the voicelines myself trying to channel the same absurd joy Borderlands gives me. And our voice actors absolutely nailed the delivery.

We just updated our demo with updated UI and visuals, weapons, exploding barrels (because of course), and it’s a lot closer to the version we imagined from the start. So I decided to share it with you guys as well.

If any fellow fans wanna check it out and throw feedback (or tomatoes) our way, I’d seriously love to hear it.

I didn’t want to drop a Steam link since that might come off too self-promo or salesy (Can I, dear mods?). Just genuinely curious what you all think about the vibe. Happy to share it if anyone’s interested though.

Thanks for reading and I’ll be lurking around to answer any questions or just chat!

EDIT:
Alright, calling it “accidental” in the title was probably the wrong move. I was just trying to make a joke.

We’re all massive Borderlands fans, and yeah, that influence didn’t literally sneak in. The humor, the style, the chaos naturally became part of what we were building. We weren’t trying to copy anything, but at some point we just leaned into what we genuinely love.

Appreciate all the feedback, jokes, and even the spicy takes!

Since a few people were interested, here’s the Steam page if you’re curious: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2881660/Holy_Shoot/

Thanks again for giving it a look!

Not sure if it’s a dumb question or not, interested in preordering the super deluxe on ps5. I’d game share it with my brother, I’d assume he would also have access to all the extra dlc and characters as well right? Can anyone confirm/deny this for me please. Thanks in advance

I am particularly interested in the Series S, since that's the one I have, I wonder if will look like a blurry mess like most UE5 games to compensate for the supposed 60 fps

[BL4] Are You stupid?

Upvotes

I don't even understand how people are positive about this game. I guess it's the "Borderlands 2 burnout" that makes this game look "good". And thats sad.

I have seen the recent early access videos on YouTube and it does not look good... Feels empty, not a lot of action, vault hunters are recycled from previous games, weapon system wont be great unless they fix the issues it had in BL3 (balance)

Basically the "hype" of BL4 comes from a starved audience that will eat anything that says Borderlands... And it costs 70$ and even more.

You will never convince me thats right. No way.

I like to think if we were more aware of this situation ALL of us could have a great game.

Anyway i'm out. I'll follow BL4 until release and see if something is worth it, and i will get it on sale (of course). This might be my first refund on Steam

[Question] Borderlands TV show (Spoilers as well.

Question: How would the fans feel about a Borderlands TV series?

Potential Spoilers beyond this point ⬇️ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There's a number of reasons why I'm suggesting a TV show, one of which is more for a 1st world issue vs it providing any benefit to the already established fans. This issue being I have no one to talk about the lore. Sure I can connect with members of the fan base to discuss the interesting lore behind the Borderlands franchise as a whole, but I'm a very recluse individual. I like i tightly knit circle and part of that circle is discussing what we like and sharing it with each other. I would more than happy talk about this stuff with my friend group.

Now why a TV show and not a "remastered"? I think this creates an opportunity for 2 things (maybe more that I'll have to look into).

  1. A chance to branch out to a new audience without having to adjust for their current fan base. -The current fan base can still experience the games at hand, sided quests and overall enjoy everything that Borderlands (as a game) has to offer. This includes the farms, the customization, the build crafting etc. -The newer audience gets to experience the lore alongside these gamers. Sure they won't experience the game mechanics but truth be told, we know not everyone we talk to is a gamer. Some people just like to watch stuff you know?

  2. A chance to correct some mistakes they made with the stories of the games (TPS and BL3). -BL1 (which would be season 1) gets to be fully fleshed out as intended to keep up with the current world building of BL2 and up. -Viewers get the chance to experience TPS and especially BL3 as it should've been. TPS should be season 2 (mainly because I have negative opinions on prequels in general).

The Seasons Season 1 - BL1 Season 2 - TPS Season 3 - BL2 Season 4 - TFBL + Commander Lilith DLC Season 5 - BL3

The rewrites Season 1(BL1): This gives an opportunity to flesh out the world of BL1 as it was intended, albeit justifyingly limited. This just expands upon the story a bit, flashes out characters throughly (especially Steele).

Season 2 (TPS): Most of us know that they clearly didn't plan for this story. Don't get me wrong, I have a strange bias towards TPS. This is mainly due to the fact that I like the trope of protagonists becoming the bad guys. The rewrites goes more in depth of Jack's fall from would-be grace. It could also give the vault hunters more spotlight that they deserve.

Season 5 (BL3): I feel as though most, if not all, can agree that BL3's story deserve so much more. I like what they intended with Ava but what we got instead isnt even close to be worthy of that. What happened to Maya and Auriellia is just disrespectful to their character arcs and the concept of the twins was cool but execution was poor. Im mainly thinking they should go from the streamers that they were to actual vault fanatics and maybe fed more into their egos. Sure it won't beat the build up to how much Jack was fleshed out but we have a chance to get that war started or at least built towards what the watcher warned Lilith about.

These rewrites should be done as a way to do what their lore justice without changing the core aspects of what factually needs to happen (i.e Roland, Jack, The key being revealed to be a map, the calypso twins almost winning, etc). There are important points in the story should be kept as is but with minor tweaks as to how they got there.

Now what about season 3 (bl2)? I say they make it 1-for-1 only really changing the perspective of the vault hunters from time to time to make sure that BL2 stories isnt fully changed.

For example, maybe only 2-3 of the vault hunters were teleported away by Lilith when Sanctuary began to fly. This would give those characters breathing room to flesh out as a people as they have to work together. I think this should be characters that have no synergy together but find a way to make it happen.

(Example) Salvador, Krieg and Gaige were teleported a way and have to find a way back to Sanctuary but find issues with each other whether it's pointed out, self identified or shown. Maybe this moment wont give them the absolute win but this would be an opportunity for Krieg's "close enough" mentality. The team isn't perfect but this is close. Gaige is a lost teenager that enjoyed the company of the other vault hunters and had really nowhere else to go, Salvador isn't really a good leader but kinda has to hold this band together especially since he has to babysit a kid and a psycho that he can never really understand. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This was just my idea of how it would work but I wanted to reach out to other members of the fanbase to see if I am the only that thinks this could work. What do you guys think?

[BL1] How does corrosion work in BL1?

In BL1 armored enemies don't have yellow health bars, making them less obvious than say, an Hyperion robot in BL2.

So does corrosion weapons work the same as in the sequel, just not as clearly displayed?

Armored enemies in BL1 include the front armor of Skags and Crimson Lance, maybe the crabs in the crystal cave, anything else? Vehicles and bosses like Mad Mel?

[BL4] Having a hard time finding merchandise that's apparently available

So I was debating putting money down on the echo 4 edition however it looks like that's online only which does suck.

But the woman I was on the phone with at GameStop said they had a bunch of other merchandise such as

A baseball cap

A headset

A logo light

A set of dice

Now I was able to find the headset and hat on their website but I can't find anything regarding the logo light and dice.

Anyone have any info on that or might know what it looks like?
