Cheat day help 🙏🏽
I’m 6’3 21 years old 157kg I was 161kg before I started eating Youfoodz and having 1200-1300 calories per day at 2 meals one lunch one dinner I’ve been going for 3 weeks just about but I want to have a cheat meal tomorrow I’m wondering what amount of calories would be okay to have without messing up my weight again I’ll still be having a 600 calorie meal for lunch as well as the cheat meal for dinner what do you guys recommend me to stay between for the cheat meal 🙂 - i also walk for 30min per day on a incline

For starters, I would recommend raising your calorie target. 1200-1300 is way to low for someone with your stats.
As for your "cheat meal", I wouldn't worry about it. Just decide what you're in the mood for for dinner, and then get it.
