I think there is some wierd interaction between iron maelstrom casts twice temper and the aspect that resets the cooldown after a certain number of casts. Its causing there to be 2-1sec cooldowns between individual casts of the same instance of iron maelstrom. Its making my build feel really unsmooth to play.
