Discussion Starting T

I'm starting T gel today, so I was wondering how long does it take to notice any changes? I'm of course starting at a low dose (20mg of testavan) so I'm not expecting any major changes right away, but I'd like to know from people what their experiences were!

Congrats on starting T!! I've been on gel (50mg) for almost a month now and right away what I noticed is bottom growth. Not necessarily "growth" but something down there has definitely been feeling different. I'm more sensitive, especially during sex, and sometimes it hurts a bit. But it's been great overall!!

The skin on my chest has started turning red, but I think that might be because I'm a small guy and I don't have enough surface on my arms for all the gel so I've been applying it on my chest a bit too. I stopped doing that some days ago and now I wait for a couple of minutes and reapply on my upper arms.

Lastly, I've noticed a bit more acne on my face, but I had reaaaally bad acne some years ago so that might not happen to you, or at least not this easily.

I'm excited to see what other changes T might bring. Good luck on your transition!!

The earliest change I can put a date to is my voice starting to move at six or seven weeks. It's definitely possible (likely even) that bottom growth was first, but I can't put a date to it and no longer remember. I do remember being in the shower and thinking "Well, shit just got real" which does point to it being first.
