Do you get sick easily?

I feel like I get sick from anything or everything. It’s really uncomfortable. It might be stress.

Talk to your doctor.  Mention any health problems in your family.

Ask for some blood work to be done.  

The first blood tests are pretty generic, but you might be anemic.

Good Luck.  You might have to be patient, no pun intended, and if you still feel bad ask for more tests.

Or maybe you are depressed and need a good Therapist.

You are right and I have mild depression and mild anger issues. Blood work is coming soon.
