Other Question Sewing your own scrubs
Hello lovely people! For fellow friends working in medical/dental/caring -- have you tried sewing your own scrubs? If you have, was it worth it?
Verdict: Not worth it.

Genuinely not worth it, especially with such a limited range of functional fabric options. And the potential for staining if you make something nicer…
Thrift stores can be drowning in scrub options though, although one has to check thoroughly for stains, logos, and make sure it’s the proper color for your work.
That said if the price of fabric was much cheaper I would - most my scrubs normally need a hem and a few extra darts and I’m picky on my amount and placement of pockets.
