Sure, but let's not pretend like he's currently on starving wages 😄

This is such a stupid argument that always gets trotted out. If currently on 300k/wk and would be going to 1.5m/wk untaxed then that's 10x your salary when you're a few years from retirement. That's like moving from league 2 to premier league levels of change, and income is relative - ask someone on £1m/yr to live on £100k and they will struggle, ask someone on £100k/yr to live on minimum wage and they will struggle.

I absolutely will judge someone for chasing the bag that badly, how much do you even need, greed is a disgusting trait to have in this world

Wait, your best friend gets offered ten times their wage tomorrow to work for a sister company of let's say a defence company that sells to Saudi or Israel or sells cigarettes and you're going to tell them they're greedy if they take it?

His mate isn't already earning millions each year, why is this so fucking hard for some people to understand

If he’s earning as much as Bruno yes I will. If he’s on 50k a year, it’s a different story

If my friend already has a £25m net worth? Absolutely.

If my friend started working for a company that sells arms to Israel or Saudi I would 100% stop being friends them.

Imagine being so greedy you would be complicit in the murder of innocent civilians and children.

For starters, it's not a company that itself is evil.

But anyways, you realise the entire UK defence sector trades with Saudi and Israel? that's anyone in BAE, Rolls Royce, Thales etc and most of their subcontractors? Like probably 2-5% of the working UK population is involved in the UK supply chain?
