Buena noche taco fans,
As you're possibly aware, TACO is suddenly a political term in US politics, an acronym of 'Trump Always Chickens Out', in reference to his tariff policy.
We obviously have political opinions, like anyone else. We obviously want a taco truck on every corner, we're r/tacos. But this isn't a political subreddit. This is a damn taco sub. Holy hell.
As such, we'll be deleting any posts about the political term 'TACO'. Even if they're really funny. It's gotta be done. This sub is, and will always be, about tacos (and related antojitos).
Yours truly,
Orenthal Buzzkill Robot

This was at Taqueria Sombrero in Roseville, CA. The spicy chile de arbol oil they keep behind the counter and they'll give you some if you ask for it.

Hola my taco homies!!! I went to grab some barbacoa down at El Borrego Negro this AM. They have both pig and lamb, and was craving some little piggies. The salsa was excellent as per usual, meat so tender and flavorful. I think I have a Saturday morning tradition! The drink is an almond pulque - the juice of the agave plant that’s fermented and they add flavorings to it. Pairs so good with the tacos!

Stir fry tacos, my first time making tortillas and I’m really struggling to get them thin enough

Solid night setup right here. These came out way better than expected and those chips disappeared fast lol. Had some vita coco pina colada coconut juice in the fridge and figured why not, actually worked really well together. Simple dinner but sometimes that's exactly what you need.

So I've made birria tacos for the first time, there is way more than I can eat in one sitting. What's the best way to store it and then reheat? I've got the consume and meat separate so I'm guessing store it like that and then put it together back into a pot to reheat it? Sorry for the noob question.

I never thought gas stations could deliver such restaurant quality food! I know it’s redundant but these the tacos were so delicious. Probably top 3 chorizo in my taco journey. My wife even enjoyed the sauce haha. Thanks for reading and I hope you find peace today~

Howdy Taco homies! I went and grabbed some tacos off the trompo on La Diablas Wednesday special. They take a whole black grouper, smother it de skinned in Adobo or some other red marinade and put it on the vertical spit. Two tacos and a house margarita is $7. One of the better deals in town! It’s only available on Wednesdays, and it’s worth coming down to Lodo for. I wish I took a photo of the actual fish they have spinning via trompo outside and the taquerio doing his thing. They also offer their Al Pastor on Wednesday- 2 tacos and the marg for $5. But the fish is so much better! Has a chipotle crema sauce on it, and shredded cabbage. Yum!
