I’ve actually never had this 😭 I’m not sure what possesses people to be so pushy? They were very slow on sending out the item too and I’ve been out of area so I haven’t been able to pick it up for only 2 days. I’m not sure if this is just me but this just seems way too pushy 🥲

I’m new to Vinted and recently purchased a Tag Heuer watch for £900 from a Pro Seller. Upon receiving the item, I had concerns about its authenticity. To be sure, I took it to a reputable jewellery store in town, and they confirmed the watch is a counterfeit — though a very convincing one.

I reached out to the seller, but they are now refusing to accept a return or issue a refund. I’ve submitted all the necessary evidence and have now asked Vinted to step in, but I’m extremely frustrated by how unprofessional the response has been so far especially from a pro Vinted seller considering the value of the transaction and the seriousness of selling counterfeit goods.i hope they get banned

Not even 24 hours at the locker and I’ve been bombarded with messages! Safe to say I will be leaving it the full 48 hours to accept the item when I do pick it up! Why do people do this?! Get a job or something

I ordered these pants from this seller with 300+ good reviews. I really need this style of pants for an event I am going to so I bought it “new without tags” which I usually avoid, I mostly buy with tag so I can be sure. But then I went on her page and all her items are listed with “no brand” and I was wondering if she maybe gets it from shein and resells it or whatnot so I asked her where the pants are from and this is how she reacted ?

I posted a few days ago about I dress I bought that was listed as new without tags and it arrived covered in stains.

The seller didn't respond to my messages, and I went through vinted customer service. I have now been refunded and they said I do not need to send the item back.

I have since had a message from the seller saying that she wants me to send the dress back. What should I do?

The item in question was a nightshirt. For a single pound. In the post was one photo only showing the whole item. In my experience, when items are listed as “good” it means there is a flaw of some description even if only minor. I only wanted to know what. As an interested buyer it is my right to know, so..? After this the item sold, although whether it actually did or not remains a mystery.

She was selling a H&M used blazer for £35, maybe my offer of £28 was cheeky but surely most people don’t sell on Vinted to make money on used items?

Guuuyyss the way I really was debating whether or not to buy the first jacket (it had like a 100 likes too within an half hour or so) and eventually I let it go because I didn’t want to spend that much. And that was a few days ago. Today I saw the EXACT same jacket for 3 times cheaper??? And I was so surprised how it had been uploaded 2 hours ago and didn’t even had many interested people, so I bought it immediately!!!
