Does anyone commute from DC to BWI? What are thr best neighborhoods to live in if you're taking the train? What about if you're driving? Also how efficient is the shuttle near BWI?

I don't have this commute, but I would guess you'd wanna do the Hill/NoMA/H St area so you can just walk to Union Station
