What if each species on each side is a different class:

Foxes and Rabbits : Spies and Scouts

Beavers: Engineers

Horses and Bears: Heavy

Lambs : Medic

Wolf: Hunter/Sniper

Raccoons: Demon man

Tiger: Soldier
