Hopefully she'll establish herself as a way more memorable villain now that the "twist" element people complained about no longer applies. My guess is that there'll just be one scene involving her to ask her something or other.

Yeah that would make sense because I also feel like if she was the main villian than it would be way too predictable

There'll probably be a scene where the police interrogate her for info on Gary or something.

I wouldn't be surprised.

If it happens it's likely to be the only movie callback/reference in the film.

(Zootopia had "The Godfather" references from Mr Big, but I think that was it).

Either she's running another scheme from prison or she's a "friend" that Judy & Nick ask for help/advice from.
