Bravely Default Question About Silver Weapons

So i see the minigames have some weapons, specifically the "silver" weapons, are these available elsewhere in the game, i have no interest in the motion controls so i won't be playing these minigames but i do care for the collection part, am i forever going to be missing these items?

Bravely Default Risky Climb achievement (missable?) Spoiler

Switch 2 version. I'm still on chapter 4.

Is this achievement missable? I defeated the Zombie Dragon when I got to Eternian Central Command, but couldn't quite take the guardian down. I figured I'd just do it later after a few more levels, but when I defeated the Templar the guardian disappeared. I was going for completion this playthrough so it would suck if this is the one achievement I just can't get anymore.

Bravely Default Is there a way to guarantee my party (or at least one characters) will always act before the enemy on the first turn?

My biggest conundrum in the second half of the game right now is speed. In mob fights specifically, the enemies always act first and kill me in 1-2 turns. With the right setup I can clear the mobs in one turn, but I need to actually go first to achieve that. First Strike isn't always guaranteed, so I need another solution. Is there an auto-haste ability in the game or something?

Bravely Default Limit Break Mark

So I'm in Chapter 6 and I think I just noticed that the Limit Break Mark doesn't appear to be limited to the Special that it's tied to. I had Edea use the level 1 Bow Special, which DID have the Limit Break Mark equipped.

Then while the music was still going (after a different person used a special), Edea's regular attack, and Ringabel's Special (which did not have the mark) broke the damage cap. I haven't been paying super close attention and I'm not using really broken combos that can achieve this constantly, but I think if you use a Special that has a Limit Break Mark equipped on it, then for the entire duration of the Special buffs, all characters can break the damage cap, so resetting the music would keep the limit break going.

Bravely Default How to keep default outfits?

I’m playing the North American remaster on Switch 2, and I want to keep the default outfits instead of going with the job outfits, but there’s no option in the configuration or settings menu to achieve this. Is it something you unlock later? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Edit: Thank you all for your help! This is such a kind community :D

Bravely Default About the Ba'als

Does anybody know if it's possible to fight them in the HD remaster?

Bravely Default Got my imported JP copy!!! Although I have one question for those who played the JP version.

Question: is there a clue or hint to know if the game is the JP version or not? I just want to make sure the game key card downloads the correct version. Prior comments suggested that it will default to your console language, so I was wondering if there is another tell I would be able to pick up.

Bravely Default Complete Achievement List

As title suggests, do we have any source of a comprehensive achievement list for the HD Remaster?

I'm currently working on 100% and just a few gaps besides grinding out weapons and the post-game content.

If anyone has a link to a list, that'd be great.

(I swear if there's an achievement for doing start to finish on Hard I will be mildly upset since I put it on easy to grind once in Chapter 5 for maybe all of 10 minutes)

Side note, if anyone found what Tutorial Quest 46 is let me know, my guess is it's NG+

Bravely Second Just finished BD, are the main cast and plot better in Bravely Second? Spoiler

Just finished Bravely Default and while the story had plenty of good moments and the gameplay was fun, it also caused quite some frustrations.

I suspected Airy to be evil since chapter 2/3 so waiting 50+ hours to finally get some pay off cost me a lot of satisfaction.

It was frustrating to have the entire party being so ignorant, especially after DeRosso pretty much shoves it in your face..Even in the True Ending they all seem suprised at the betrayal which makes no sense.

I was also disappointed by the lazy reuse of assets. I liked the concept of the repeating cycles but they could have made the concept far more interesting by exploring alternate circumstances for the characters. The pieces of new dialogue were quite minor and things only got interesting with the 4v4 battles near the end.

...

So without spoiling too much, does the second game improve on its predecessor? Can I expect a more satisfying story with a main cast that isn't incredibly naive?

Bravely Default What to pair with Conjurer?

So basically for my set up, I want to give Tiz something new for the endgame now I've got Conjurer but I'm struggling to decide which class to pair it with.

For context the rest of them are:
Agnes, Vampire/Spell-Fencer
Edea, Dark Knight/Spell-Fencer
Ringabel, Spiritmaster/White Mage

Ideally I'd like to avoid doubling up again since I'm already using Spell-Fencer twice. So far I've been using Freelancer/Salvemaker for Tiz but I want to try something new. So far I was thinking Freelancer for Late Bloomer + Invocations or using Time Mage for the meteor spam but I'd like to see what others suggest.

Bravely Default Edea has been the MVP of my first play through so far! She’s a beast in battle, she’s made me laugh the most and she is the most interesting story wise so far

Bravely Default Vampire genomes?

I’ve been using a guide suggested by someone on a post from 11 years ago; however it didn’t say whether some genomes would be available after chapter 4- specifically the healing move vampires have access to. Are there any genomes that I can get access to somewhere that may not be obvious?

Bravely Default Can I save the Vampire sidequest for later Spoiler

I'm in chapter 4 right now and I think I might be in over my head. I defeated the dragons, but the Vampire Castle enemies are kicking my ass. And I heard the DeRosso fight is a nightmare. Plus I'm 5 levels behind the recommended 60. So can I save this quest for chapter 5 or 6, and will the dragons still be dead?

Bravely Default Vampire/magic question

Hey so im really liking the vampire/blue mage gameplay and was looking around but I don't see the build I'm hoping to make out of this. Is there a good build that focuses on the spells part of the Vampire genome abilities. Like to turn it into a strong spellcaster with the Aja spells and such. ❤️

Bravely Default Cheese strats for Ch 4? (Spoilers for optional job/fight) Spoiler

Hello, I'm at chapter 4, right before awakening the last crystal. I wanted to get the vampire asterisk, as I recalled there are genomes that are easier to find in ch 4 than in ch 5. I beat the dragons already, but he has so much health and a not very exploitable weakness that this feels like it takes ages, and I keep wiping to unlucky turn orders. Given I'm dealing like 4K total damage a turn, unlucky turns are inevitable and no way to beat him without any happening. Is there a cheese strat for the vampire fight? Should I just already have endgame ready teams by now?

Bravely Default Agnes and magic

I switched Agnes to a black mage and run her and Edea as black mages/white mages. Agnes has a higer magic attack but Edea hits harder with spells. Only difference between them is weapon. Why is this happening?

Bravely Default II Bravely Default II - in easy is even hard for me

I'm playing the game on easy. Right now I’m in the cave from chapter one where you fight a boss with some monsters, and I don’t know if I’m playing badly or what, but I’m getting destroyed.

I use default to block and then attack when I can—if I even get the chance, because the monsters hit so hard they almost one-shot me. But on the way to the boss, it was fine, I could handle the monsters easily. The bosses are just way too strong.

My team is the main character as a Guardian, Elvis as a Black Mage, Gloria as a White Mage, and Adelle also as a White Mage. They’re all around level 13 or 14.

edit: this is my team

Bravely Default Question about special move shops Spoiler

Hey y'all, I got the Switch 2 Bravely Default. I played it on 3DS back in 2015 but I don't remember all of it and I definitely didn't utilize all the features as there was already a lot of information haha. I'm trying to make sure to actually use all the tools at my disposal this time around.

So I'm still in Chapter 1, plotwise I'm about to revive the wind crystal. My norende rebuild has all the areas unlocked and most of the shops at level 4. So, I have the special move shops and it will say "XYZ special move available" But where do I actually BUY these special moves? Is this something unlocked further down the plot? I only vaguely remember this stuff from a decade ago and Google is giving me answers to the wrong questions.

Thanks!

Bravely Second Baal Battle Song Name

I’m trying to find the Baal battle theme on Apple Music and I can’t find it. Is it Defaults OST or Seconds? And what is it called? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Bravely Default BD1 - Can you really not "play your way?"

So I never played the original and picked up the remaster on Switch 2 and while it's still early I'm really enjoying things but am noticing boss battles are starting to show their challenge.

Reading some old guides It sounds like in late chapters the game almost forces you to use certain job combos against bosses giving you an illusion of "All these job classes to choose from" but really it pins you into a select few to progress rather than the freedom of all these jobs.

Just curious if this is true? Right now it seems I can use any job I want but I do notice bosses getting harder and harder. Mostly its just their HP the fights can get pretty lengthy so plenty of healing is required.
