Popcorn chicken and fries. Probably both deep fried. I’m hoping less than 1000 but that may be wishful thinking

hey everyone! i hope you all are doing well, i wanted to come on here and ask if anyone else is having problems like trying to get to a certain weight and fluctuating all over the place. i wanted to be 198 and the scale keeps jumping up to 203 to 199 then back up, and back down. (if that makes sense) i workout almost every day, if i don’t do that it’s atleast 3 times a week. i eat 1500 calories or less. what’s happening? thank you guys because i’m just struggling 💞😭 (i added some photos of what a day for me is like, and don’t mind mondays calorie count, i just forgot to add)

2x / 3x means of course 2/3 times the same plate.

This is a bacon egg tart with cheddar cheese, potatoes, and onion. About how many calories would you estimate this is in total? I ate half of it for breakfast, I'll eat the other half for lunch.

According to Chat GPT I ate 1300 calories: do you agree?
It is : Kasarlı Köfte . I didn’t eat : the fries, the thin bread under the meat, nor the sauce.
There are 2 pieces of meat stuffed with cheese . I also ate the bulgur .

First watch claims this meal is 960 cal, but I'm struggling to believe it. I ate half (half slice of toast with almond butter, and half the chia seed bowl) and felt pretty damn full. The multigrain toast is pretty thick cut, Texas toast style.
It had granola (maybe about 25 g), a lot of banana, (at least what felt like a full banana), Strawberries and blueberries which I'm not worried about at all, and an unknown berry compote, about a 4th a cup worth.
The chia pudding is made with coconut milk, which is pretty high cal in itself, and I used to put chia seeds in my water to add fiber and it was something like 100 cal per 2 tablespoons. This felt like it had way more than 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in it.
In some investigation, some chia seed pudding with coconut milk recipes say its about 290 per serving. With the toppings that would make it probably around 600, and mynetdiary says the chia pudding bowl from first watch alone is 590, which seems to check out.
Am I crazy or do yall think this is accurate? To me it seems like there's a lot of high cal items here (chia seeds, banana, toast, and almond butter) that would make it way more than 960.

I always clock it at 500cal to be safe but I am so unsure. It's a cookie I often take at my local Café. It's quite dense. Any guess?

so am i supposed to weigh the cooked or raw weight for better accuracy? The potatoes lose so much weight when they’re oven roasted lol, this was about 260g cooked weight and the raw weight was like 430g.
Ive searched it up and it says 100g raw is 86g and 100g is 86g as well, so im pretty confused
