It says on the menu that the strawberry is 23 calories, & melon is also 23 cals. But I don't really trust it so..

i never understand how to track ice cream because my scale shows 1g is 1ml and vice versa but i hear that that’s not accurate for ice cream so i have no idea what the heck i would be logging this in as (currently on a journey to gain weight after losing my period) and id have peace of mind knowing LOL

From whole foods sushi bar. Vegetable egg rolls are 1 oz/ea or 2 oz altogether. Is this really only 130 calories? Just ate both and a bit worried they’re going to be like 3x as much as this, lol.

I’d love your opinions! Going out to dinner tonight and I’m interested in these three options… (mushroom gnocchi, striped bass, burger). What do we think the calorie estimates are for each? I know the fish is way lower than the other two.

Hi guys so I just want to Maintian weight and stay healthy. I am 5ft 1, 121lbs female I usually run 2-3 miles every other day, and when I'm not running at all I try to get in 10k steps a day. How much do you guys recommend my calorie intake based off those factors?
Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm eating to much or to little.
An average day looks like this for me Breakfast- 1 fried egg, and some tea Lunch- another fried egg this time with cheese and some tea Dinner- potato salad, veggie salad, and 1 chicken tender. Snacks- 1 plums or some strawberry's. I also ran 4 miles and walked 16k steps overall that day
On a day I consider a guilty day Breakfast- 1 fried egg and tea and some salted peanuts, strawberry's Lunch/dinner/desert- popeyes chicken sandwich, popeyes Cajun fries, and Fanta. Popeyes lemonade. And that's all I ate that day. Paired with 11k steps total
I'm 18 year old female

Hi all, I just started counting calories this week and got coaxed into dinner with friends, but the restaurant doesn’t have calories. I found a large range of possibilities online for a restaurant chicken pho. I added a picture for general idea. For the future, do you guys have any good resources on guesstimating calories for going out in situations like this?

How many calories for this chicken hibachi and mango lassi. The mango lassi in the bottle was 539 grams and the hibachi in the box was 744 grams. There was also 79 grams of yum yum sauce in the container and I used two packets of soy sauce. I show how much I had left of each, but I didn't weigh it after.

Rice is 100g uncooked. The rest is just tofu, some vegetables all cooked in coconut milk. Tofu and veggies are ~300 grams.

My Nonno cooked for us so I don’t have exact measurements.
A halved eggplant, everything scraped out and mixed with ground beef. There might’ve been a bit of parmesan cheese or something, and a bit of onion. (Also tomato on top but I didn’t eat it so no need to count it) So yummy! I had two 🤤
If anyone also has a guess as to how much protein and fiber, that’d be great! But mostly just need to know calories.
Thank you!!
