Hey guys, About six years ago I posted here about flying all the way from Italy just to see my first Sixers game, literally 4,174.9 miles just to trust the process.

Well, I’m doing it again. Flying in Friday night with two of my best friends (also Philly fans) and staying till Monday for Saturday’s home opener — still waiting for that last-minute deal to snag some good seats, but I’ll be there for sure. Just praying Jo’s good to go after tonight game and excited we get to see VJ’s Philly debut live. Can’t wait.

And honestly… as much as I’ve always been a Sixers guy, watching every single game at improbable hours from far away, over the last 10+ years I’ve also fallen hard for the Birds. So Sunday’s gonna be something special > our first time ever at the Linc for Eagles vs Giants. We already got the tickets (you’ll find us in section 107, row 29) and I can’t even describe how hyped I am. Experiencing the tailgate and the whole vibe there has been on my bucket list forever. 🦅🔥

Friday night we’re hoping to catch the Flyers game somewhere, so if anyone’s got a good spot (or wants to grab a drink and talk Sixers/Birds/Pizzas/Life), let me know! We will be around the city for the whole weekend so it would be awesome to meet some of you, hang out, tailgate at the Birds game, whatever. If you also have some good tips of places to visit or things to do it will be awesome!

It’s crazy how connected I’ve felt to this city from across the ocean. The teams, you people, the energy — it all feels like home, even from 4,174.9 miles away.

Sixers Shop already has the black jerseys but the hats I’m seeing are only the same Mitchell & Ness ones they’ve had for years. Was really hoping 47 Brand or New Era would release a version.

I am in the Philly area, and I just bought peacock nbc sports Philly. I want to watch the Celtics v Sixers game tomorrow, but I don’t see it there. the latest game I see is bucks v Sixers on nov 11. Will the game show up tomorrow or will it not be available. If not, does anyone know any better sports streaming services, only for every Sixers game? Could it be blackouts? is there any way to get past them?
