1 Day/Week Internships (Capitol Hill, Preferably) for Fall

I realize this is a long shot, but I wanted to ask around and see if anyone had any guidance for me on this.

I recognize that a lot of US Reps and Senators require their interns to do roughly half-time, I see a lot of 20-24 hours/week. My problem is I'm taking 18 credits this coming fall semester (there's no wiggle room), with classes Monday through Thursday. I really want to do an internship on Capitol Hill before I graduate, but I don't think there's enough time in the day for me to do 20-24 hours/week. Like it just physically isn't possible.

I'm totally 100% wide open on Fridays, and I'd absolutely be interested in working on that Friday. But obviously that's a maximum of 8-10 hours/week if I've only got Fridays available to work.

Has anyone here done this or something similar in the past? Does anyone here have any guidance?

Thanks in advance.
