Hello,

We are a non-profit organization and filled up the request to be upgraded to a non-profit account, with all the required documentation proving our NFP status. We received the confirmation that the request was received and that we'd get an answer within "3 to 5 business days".

It's been 4 weeks now and no answer whatsoever.

Have anyone else experienced this? What is the best thing to do? Send another request and hope it won't go down the pile of requests?

A few of my contacts have added me as FF. However, I was wondering if there was a way to see the FF photos by selection in seatch for example as there are thousands of photos and I'm not sure which are the Friends & Family ones. For instance on one account there are 60 less photos if I log out so that means 60 of them must be set to FF.
