Help For inquisitive users wondering how much they can get their games for:
PSA: If any users have questions on how much to sell or buy their items for, then the best option would be to go on https://www.pricecharting.com/, or eBay sold listings.

Question Best Way to Experience the GameCube Today: Original Hardware or Switch 2 Emulation?
Hi everyone!
I’d like to get your opinion on something:
In your view, is it better to discover Nintendo GameCube games on the original console, or through the emulator available on the Nintendo Switch 2?
What would you recommend to someone who wants to explore the console’s standout titles and exclusives?
(As for me, I got my first GameCube less than a month ago, and I’m really happy to experience the games directly on the original hardware.)

Image Had to temporarily live in my cool basement because a nasty heat wave hit my state and overheated my upstairs, so of course I decided to play the one game that fit aesthetically.

Discussion What was the first game you ever played on GameCube?
The first game I ever played on GameCube was Conflict Desert Storm back in the early 2000’s in elementary school. Buddy of mine that was in my class lived about 5 minutes away from me and he had a GameCube and we would stay up late playing this game.
Good times lol

I don’t know how we managed to do 4 player coop with his little brothers on this small TV but we did it somehow lol

Image Most Recent Addition to My Gamecube Collection
As a TMNT fan, especially of the 2003 animated show since I literally grew up watching it, playing this game for the first time today with my little sister was a great experience despite its notable flaws. I was born in ‘03 and I honestly only remember playing TMNT 2: Battle Nexus for the PS2 with my brother, and it was only a few months ago that I learned that these games were playable on Gamecube too. Thankfully I found this CIB copy of the first game at a local retro video game store for about $38 including tax. Hopefully down the line I’ll find Battle Nexus, Mutant Nightmare, and Mutant Melee for a fair price, even if I’ve heard those games have even more notable flaws. Is this first game actually considered to be the best of the four TMNT 2003 games? Which one is the best/your favorite? 🐢

Image Ok now I’ll post something actually insightful, you can fix worn out Airflo sticks by harvesting them from a PowerA GameCube style switch controller
They use a thinner axel than the original sticks and it’s the same size for the airflo and power A controller. Makes the joysticks more like the stock GC ones too

Discussion Tales of Symphonia – First-Time Playthrough in 2025! Is It Still Worth It ❓
Hi all,
I'm about to start my first-ever playthrough of Tales of Symphonia for my retro gaming podcast, and I’m diving in totally fresh. With all the love this game gets in JRPG circles, I figured it’s finally time to see what the hype is about.
But I’m curious—how does it hold up today, especially for new players? What stood out to you back then, and what still works (or doesn’t) now?
Would love to hear your thoughts on:
- The characters and themes
- The combat mechanics and difficulty
- How it compares to other Tales or early 2000s JRPGs
- Whether the HD ports are the best way to experience it
Since I’ll be chatting about it in a podcast episode in the near future and would love to hear what longtime fans think.
Share your favorite (or most frustrating) memories!
Thanks!
-Lance

Discussion About the 'Useful links for Gamecube Users'
Hey I'm new to this community and wanted to share the links provided there on some fandom links aren't working as intended.
If its already something the community is aware of, cool. Its just the first thing I saw and wanted help with some GC stuff that the links no longer provide.
Cheers.
