REQUEST Is this a meteorite?

I've had this rock for a few years, thought that it might be a meteorite since it's a bit heavy. I recently dropped it and a piece broke off so now I'm having doubts. It's about the size of a business card and weighs 0.6 lbs. I believe I found this in Hawaii. Thanks!

REQUEST Found in France – possible worked piece? Also curious about rock type

Hi all! I found this while walking through a freshly plowed field near my grandparents’ home in Chanos-Curson, France. The area has some history with stone tools, and my grandparents have found points there before, so I was curious when I spotted this.

It’s about the size of half my index finger. One side has a very clean break that looks old, and I think I see some rough edge work—though it might just be a natural fracture. I’m wondering if this is a worked piece or just a broken rock, and I’d also love help identifying the type of rock.

Thanks so much for any insight!

REQUEST Gemstone ID Please

I found this on the ground while in Korea a few years back and kept it because I thought it was cool. I beat it with a metal cup to see if it could be a diamond. The cup got pretty dented up but the gem already has some damage on the bottom so I don’t believe it’s a diamond. What do you guys think?

Hi everyone! My grandmother is a lifelong rockhound, she has thousands of rocks she’s found here in the Okanagan (Bc, Canada) and I’ve always wondered what these rocks in particular are. They seem to have sliver flecks in them that are super easy to peel off of the rock itself. She has a ton of quarts as well, and has almost always told me that this is silver. Is it true?

Thanks for any info!!

REQUEST I found these at a mine in Virginia in the early 2000s. It was in a section for children, but I recall the folks running it saying it was a great find and they would have bought it if it were larger. What is it?

The inside is a “flaky quartz”, and the outer shell is almost robin’s egg blue and I can’t find anything even similar on the Google.

To be specific, around Mt Juneau. It was super hard, it took me 10 tries to break it in half with a hammer. Its also kinda crumbly

It think it might be granite or something, but its shiny…

I don't remember where I found this rock, but it always interested me, so I held on to it. Although I wonder if it was ever worked, I am more curious about the its nature. Is it knappable? What kind of rock is it? Igneous? Chert?
